2006	Ontario's Ministry of Finance announces a funding opportunity for shared supply chain services.
	17 hospitals in South Central Ontario begin planning for a centralized shared services organization: FOHSCI - Focus on Healthcare Supply Chain Integration.
2008	Ontario's Ministry of Finance, Broader Public Sector - Supply Chain approves FOHSCI's request for funding.
	15 member hospitals sign the Supply Chain Management Services Agreement.
2009	FOHSCI moves into its new location - a 73,000 square-foot office and warehouse space in Burlington, Ontario.
	Supply Chain Strategic Advisory Committee recommends to the Board a change of the name FOHSCI to Mohawk Supply Chain Services, bringing it in line with the naming convention of Mohawk Shared Services Inc., our parent company.
