Advance termination meeting preparation and consultation with Human Resources representatives, manager and/or union representatives
Onsite support for Human Resources representative, manager and/or union representative and employee at time of termination
Intensive support/debriefing offered to the employee and their family during first 24 hours following termination

Coaching sessions via telephone, face to face, online or any combination of approaches for three months post termination

The Comprehensive outplacement package includes:

Face to face meetings with dedicated and qualified career coaches and consultants
Regular coaching sessions via telephone, face to face, online or any combination of approaches for six months post termination
Extended online DISC personality assessment and other leading assessment tools are provided to give guidance and support to employees in their next career move
Development of resume and cover letters
