Mohawk Shared Services Employee Assistance Program to be enhanced with Ceridian Canada’s LifeWorks

Toronto, ON: February 8, 2012 — Mohawk Shared Services Inc., one of the largest shared services organizations in Ontario, announced today it has selected Ceridian Canada Ltd., a leading provider of human resource management, corporate health & wellness and employee assistance programs to power its existing Employee Assistance Program (EAP) with Ceridian LifeWorks. The partnership will help Mohawk offer a program that dramatically increases productivity, improves employee retention and lowers overall employment costs.

Effective April 1, 2012 Mohawk’s existing client base will see enhanced service. Ceridian LifeWorks, a leading EAP and Work-Life solution, will service the existing HurstPlace Employee Assistance Program offered by Mohawk. The clients’ experience will be improved with Mohawk and Ceridian counsellors working together to provide the best possible service. Mohawk members can look forward to improved resources surrounding work life, health and wellness at their existing fee structure.
